Our website uses cookies and your personal data, collected by the Company under the data categories of identity, communication, professional experience, references, transaction security, finance, physical space security, location, customer transaction, health, etc. may be processed by Eskapet in full compliance with the principles stipulated in the Law and subjected to the conditions for processing personal data as set forth in the Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for the purposes specified below.

• To offer internet connection to the guests visiting the buildings and premises of the company,
• In case where you visit the website and create an Order Record or fill out the Contact Form, to monitor your requests, to accept into membership, to reply inquiries, and in general to contact you and to execute necessary actions and transactions for your requests and to manage customer relations,
• In case where you visit the website to fill in a Job Application Form, to reply your application, to conduct employment evaluations, to plan human resources processes, to execute all necessary processes concerning applications by the candidates for vacancies and to conduct selection and employment processes of the candidates,

• To learn the purpose of processing the personal data and if the data was used for stated purposes or otherwise,

• In case where the personal data has been processed in full compliance with the law and other relevant legislation and upon elimination of the reasons for processing of the same, to request deletion or destruction of the same and notification thereof to the third parties to whom the personal data was transferred,
