Information Security Policy

ISO27001 Policy Announcement

Dear Partner/Customer,

The objectives of our ISMS policy are

  • To manage information assets, to determine the security values, needs and risks of assets, to develop and implement controls for security risks.
  • To define the framework in which the methods for determining information assets, values, security needs, vulnerabilities, threats to assets, and the frequency of threats will be determined.
  • To define a framework for evaluating the privacy, integrity, accessibility impacts of threats on assets.
  • To present working principles for processing risks.
  • To monitor the risks continuously by reviewing the technological expectations in the context of the scope of service.
  • To provide information security requirements arising from national or international regulations to which it is subject, fulfilling legal and relevant legislation requirements, meeting obligations arising from agreements, and corporate responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders.
  • To reduce the impact of information security threats to service continuity and to contribute to continuity.
  • To have the competence to quickly intervene in information security incidents that may occur and minimize the impact of the event.
  • To maintain and improve the level of information security over time with an optimum cost control infrastructure.

Environment and OHS Policy

  • To comply with all laws, regulations and regulations on health, safety and environment,

Energy Management Policy

 

         It undertakes to act in accordance with the following objectives for the establishment, operation and continuity of the energy management system.

  • To manage the ISO 50001 energy management system in the most perfect way with the support of high-level management, to focus on continuous improvement taking into account the context of the organization, internal and external stakeholders, their needs and expectations as well as risks and opportunities, to continuously improve our energy performance in all defined processes,
  • Providing the information and resources necessary in order to achieve our energy goals and targets,
  • Using recycled raw materials in production to lower energy costs and our impact on natural resources. Moreover, to reduce our water footprint by collecting rain and surface water, and our carbon footprint by using the latest technological possibilities related to energy consumption,
  • Complying with legal regulations and requirements regarding use, efficiency and energy consumption in order to meet the requirements,
  • Conducting energy audits to create our long-term energy roadmap, setting the right goals and implementing the energy projects that will achieve those goals,
  • Ensuring that project planning and procurement processes are conducted in an energy efficient manner,
  • Assuring that the energy management system is integrated into all management systems through a continuous improvement strategy,
  • Raising awareness and development by means of information and training that will take place with the participation of all process owners and employees,
  • Supporting projects created to reduce energy costs and especially environmental impacts,
  • Giving priority to facilities with a Green Energy Certificate when selecting energy suppliers,
  • Applying the state-of-the-art technological solutions by investing in the latest technologies to increase energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption,
  • Communicating effectively with employees, customers and suppliers on energy management issues to create shared value and beneficial outcomes,
  • Being the industry leader in the production of preforms by minimizing energy consumption where technically and economically possible, without compromising comfort and safety.
