Selection and Employment
In order to have qualified manpower, qualifications suitable for job descriptions are predetermined before selecting personnel and applications are collected in line with these qualifications. Then the human resources experts select candidates from this pool and place them to suitable jobs.
Orientation and Training
All new personnel is given an orientation training by the Human Resources during which the personnel can familiarize with the company and the general rules of working. Afterwards, the personnel is informed about the production processes. This training is given by the production supervisors. An occupational health and safety expert gives trainings on the occupational safety and health in the respective department and in overall company. Quality system officer then informs the personnel on the quality policy and quality targets of the company. Finally the person is introduced to his team by the respective department supervisors who then gives information about the working environment and the machineries used. Furthermore, all members of Eskapet staff are given annual trainings in accordance with the annual training plans.
Occupational Health and Safety
Thanks to the Occupational Health and Safety Specialist full-time employed at the company and the OHS committee, all necessary safety measures are taken, and the awareness of our employees is raised with the relevant trainings.
Social and Legal Services
Human Resources is at service of the employees to advise them in all matters related to social and legal services. This is considered a critical component in our company and all relevant procedures are observed.
Performance Measurement & Evaluation
We are in hard pursuit of enhancing performances throughout the company. We provide trainings and engage all necessary actions to ensure continuous improvement and performance increase based on the past performance records of the employees.
